Keeping in the true spirit of Country Dance, you will always keep at least one foot on the dance floor at all times – so no Rock & Roll style acrobatics (Lifts, Aerials, Flips, Butt Spins, or Dragging partners across the dance floor). Nor will there be any Ballroom styles or Ballroom dances like the East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Nightclub Two-step, or Box Waltz. I teach Country Dance, and nothing but Country Dance!
